Rummy Friends Club ("we", "us", or "our") is a social skill-based card game available on Android. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our application. By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the game experience:

• Account data: Firebase UID, display name, and email address (Google Sign-In only). Guest accounts have no email.
• Profile data: Nickname and avatar you choose during onboarding.
• Gameplay data: Game scores, room history, and round results stored in Firebase Realtime Database and Cloud Firestore.
• Device token: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for push notifications such as friend requests and room invites.
• Ad interaction data: Google AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers to serve rewarded video ads. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
• Purchase data: If you purchase Room Credits via Google Play In-App Billing, Google processes the payment. We only receive confirmation of the purchase, not your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your in-game account and profile.
• To facilitate multiplayer game rooms and match you with friends.
• To send push notifications (room invites, friend requests) — you can disable these in your device settings.
• To serve rewarded advertisements via Google AdMob so you can earn in-game coins.
• To record game history and scores.
• To prevent cheating and maintain fair gameplay.

3. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases Important

Rummy Friends Club uses two types of virtual items:

• In-game Coins: Used as stakes within the game. Coins are earned by watching rewarded advertisements or given as a welcome bonus. Coins have no real-money value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
• Room Credits: A one-time service fee (paid via Google Play) that covers server hosting costs for creating a game room. Room Credits are a hosting service fee, not a wager. Purchasing Room Credits does not guarantee any in-game outcome or coin winnings. New users receive 1 free Room Credit upon account creation.

4. No Real-Money Gambling

Rummy Friends Club is a skill-based social game. No real money is wagered on game outcomes. In-game coins are purely virtual and hold no monetary value. We do not operate as an online casino, gambling platform, or real-money gaming service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers:

• Google Firebase (Firestore, RTDB, Auth, FCM) — our infrastructure provider.
• Google AdMob — for serving rewarded video advertisements.
• Google Play Billing — for processing Room Credit purchases.

All third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with advertisers or marketers.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at sonawalesvijay@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. You can also delete your guest account by simply uninstalling the app; guest accounts with no linked Google account are automatically purged after 90 days of inactivity.

Rummy Friends Club is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly. Parents who believe their child has provided us with information should contact us immediately.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security including Firebase Authentication, Firestore Security Rules, and HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Firebase data is stored in Google's secure cloud infrastructure.

9. Your Rights

• Access: You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: You may update your nickname and avatar at any time in-app.
• Deletion: You may request full account deletion (see Section 6a).
• Opt-out of ads: You may opt out of personalised ads via your device's ad settings.
• Notifications: You may disable push notifications in your device settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
